Robert Fowler creates his work by screen printing layers of color and abstract shapes onto raw canvas. The texture of the canvas integrates into each piece, adding depth and complexity to the architectural, yet natural forms. Final pieces result in a mosaic of subtlety that leaves definition to the viewer. The prints are finished in custom hand-built oak frames which accentuate the craft within an organic bezel.

He works out of a printshop in Pilsen, Chicago.
