Supplementing the need to create large scale painted artworks, Cassia Powell stems into a strictly digital universe using extremely basic air-brush tools and an early 2000s aesthetic.

Using Photoshop, free 3D blender models and the Sims™ virtual reality , the ugly feelings project explore ideas surrounding guilt, envy, anxiety, homesickness, being sick-of-home-ness, nostalgia and negating traumatic life events in an online fashion.
