These four paintings, I’ve made them during the Covid-19 lockdown which lasted about two and a half months in Cyprus.
My primary focus is figurative painting, choosing poses and faces that want to express something beyond mild emotions. My aim is to subconsciously push people into feeling instead of just relying on the information they absorb just by looking at it, to interpret the work in their own way rather than the artist’s meaning.
