Submission Painting

I Remember

I Remember is a body of work exploring the places where memory, identity and the body overlap. Figures appear fragmented, doubled, masked or contained within other forms. I’m interested in the tension between what we reveal and what we protect, and in the way internal states become visible through the body. Working with oil pastel, oil stick and acrylic, I build and disrupt surfaces through direct, physical marks, allowing the process of making to remain visible.
