Most of my family members are doctors. Medical things have always been present in my life, so for me this environment comes as a natural theme. But this was not my primary reason for choosing this theme. I’m avoiding nostalgia; these memories are the source of my interest and inspiration only.

Before I started to work, I went to autopsies and anatomy museums to practice drawing; I also worked as a taxidermist.

I did not attempt to make anatomically correct representations of the human inside in my own pictures. I rather assembled compositions from my visual impressions, resulting in abstract pictures.
