Stage of Mind

I have been working on the series Stage of Mind since 2007. This work began with a self-reflective question and has become a way to explore my identity and existence through what I call ‘psychological landscapes.’ I construct stage sets with symbolic objects and, at the center, I appear as the model—both physically present and a representation of my inner self. Every element is handmade, translating my emotions into a tangible scene. Once photographed, the stage set is destroyed, a process that allows me to transcend the feelings that shaped it. From creation to destruction, I analyze and observe myself, recording my inner inquiries in a theatrical visualization of life.
