JeeYoung Lee has long created artworks inspired by memories, dreams, emotions, and personal experiences. She transforms her inner psychological landscape into meticulously crafted stage-like sets, turning thoughts and imagination into tangible, immersive worlds. She is best known for her Stage of Mind series.
Lee holds a BFA in Visual Communication Design and an MFA in Photography from Hongik University, Seoul. She has held solo exhibitions at NOW Gallery (UK), Farol Santander (Brazil), and K11 Art Space (Hong Kong). She has also participated in group shows at Pier-2 Art Center (Taiwan), Suwon I’Park Museum of Art and Buk Seoul Museum of Art (Korea), and Singapore Art Museum (Singapore).
Her work has been featured by BBC, CNN, Huffington Post, and The New York Times. She has collaborated with brands including Hermès and Samsung.
