In my practice, I use figuration as a tool for play.
A tool for experimenting,
questioning, expressing,
and resisting the expectations of our world.
I create bodies, narratives,
human and non-human creatures
that inhabit queer, strange, bizarre worlds.
I want these worlds to feel cathartic.
Full of fun and sensitivity amongst the rage.
I want to occupy space,
and reclaim it for the alien body.
