This piece explores the coexistence of opposing perspectives, both between people and within ourselves. It examines how two conflicting experiences and beliefs can be true at once, creating a constant push-and-pull between difference and connection. Instead of offering an unrealistic compromise, the work focuses on the messy rejection and misunderstanding of contrasting viewpoints that share the same objective reality, while acknowledging that both share an equal right to exist.
