Nirvana is a self-taught artist based in the UK, working primarily with clay. Her practice turns inward: each piece is a space to process internal tensions, questions and beliefs, and to give the intangible landscape of human emotion a physical form. Blending biomorphic forms with Art Nouveau aesthetics, she builds sculptures she regards as living entities, rooted in her indian heritage and traditions of infusing spirit into form. Through her work, she hopes to invite viewers into a shared space of introspection.
