I am an artist and writer (b. 1993, French/American/British), living and working between London and Marseille. My practice explores mysticism, femininity and otherness through entangled narratives and dreamed worlds. With an interest in personal and collective myth-making, I seek to portray feminine figures who are attuned to the natural and spiritual realms. Invariably interwoven, my paintings and poems both delve into my psyche and express a lifelong yearning for this connection with nature and the unseen. My writings serve as a departure point, as I transcribe the images and sensations they inspire in me onto the pictorial surfaces of my works. Akin to the spine of a book, words and sentences from my poems also adorn the sides of my paintings, offering clues to the feelings their imagery might evoke.
