Where Health Meets Wonder explores the human body, medicine, and biology as places for imagination. Drawing on my background as a medical doctor, I transform anatomical structures, microorganisms, medical instruments, and imagery into intimate scenes, invented landscapes, and unexpected objects. Rather than simply explaining these subjects, I’m interested in changing how they feel—using color, softness, humor, and scale to make clinical subjects feel more intimate and inviting. The work moves between scientific observation and visual storytelling, treating the body not only as something to study, but as a world to enter. By bringing tenderness and curiosity to subjects often associated with illness, fear, or technical precision, I hope to create a space where medicine can feel strange, playful, peaceful, and quietly wondrous.
