Submission Painting

Work

My practice explores the human body as a space of vulnerability, intimacy, and emotional experience. Through the nude figure, I question cultural taboos surrounding the body and sexuality, exploring desire, loneliness, pleasure, pain, intimacy, and distance. My figures often exist within surrounding emptiness, creating a tension between presence and absence. This space reflects disconnection and introspection, allowing the body to express emotions that cannot always be articulated through words. I do not seek to impose a single interpretation. Instead, I invite viewers to encounter the work through their own memories and experiences. By presenting the body in its natural and vulnerable state, I hope to create a space for honesty, openness, and acceptance.
