Kati Kuchinskaya is a contemporary artist based in Georgia and the creator of Hermetic Abstraction. Born in Murmansk in 1984 into a family of Polish heritage, she devoted herself fully to painting in 2025 after a career as CEO of a construction company. Her practice unites painting, relief and poetry, exploring home, belonging and the boundaries of inner worlds. Through her Integrated Frame Technique, she forms the frame directly on the canvas, making it part of the composition. Her materials include acrylic, texture paste and sand collected on the coast of Ureki, Georgia. Each painting unfolds as an autonomous world, with poetry offering one possible key to its mysteries.
