I'm an editorial and commercial photographer currently splitting his time between San Francisco and Los Angeles. I grew up skateboarding in the suburbs of Benicia, CA. Through skateboard culture I discovered photography. After several photo courses at a community college, I decided to head to Pasadena to attend Art Center College of Design for photography and imaging. While I was in college he found myself returning home every chance I got to photograph my old suburban neighborhood, childhood friends, and family, developing an appreciation for the landscape that shaped me. Having a fresh perspective on these familiar places, I created intimate work that’s framed the way I photograph today. My diverse body of work ranges from commercial lifestyle campaigns, to projects that explore portraiture, sub-cultures, and environments.
