Sahar Hasan Al-louthai is a Yemeni American artist based in New York. She is the first Yemeni artist to receive a certificate of recognition from the State of New York for her contributions to the arts. Her work has been featured in four solo exhibitions and nany group shows and biennales in multiple countries. She has received several art awards.

Her artistic practice blends oil painting with collage, creating a dialogue between realism and abstraction. Her work explores psychological dimensions of women’s experiences and draws on the aesthetics of ancient civilizations.

She founded the Qamaria Art Project, “Your Art is Your Passport,” to curate exhibitions that spotlight artists affected by war. In 2025, she was honored as a Yemeni art ambassador at a UNESCO-affiliated event in Dubai.
