Artist Spotlight: Zach Tuinman

A lovely series of oil paintings by Toronto-based artist and illustrator Zach Tuinman (previously featured here). Intended to illicit a sense of mourning and loss, Tuinman explains:

“With subjects gaze averted the viewer is granted an uninhibited moment of reflection, while the plants, represent growth. Change is inevitable, what grows after is up to you.”
