'Figments' is a series of surreal, figurative drawings that turns stigma, desire, insecurity, and social expectations into strange, colourful creatures. Works such as Angler Fishy, Fallen Pudgy, Sister Chicky, Golden Booby, and Hangry Birdy use humour, sarcasm, and visual absurdity to approach subjects that are often uncomfortable or left unspoken.

By transforming personal experiences into playful fictional worlds, the series creates distance while revealing something intimate underneath. The creatures become both disguise and reflection—challenging social norms while exploring how we see, judge, and understand ourselves. 'Figments' sits somewhere between the ridiculous and the sincere, inviting recognition through laughter, discomfort, and curiosity.
