In the past couple years, Pow! Wow! Hawaii’s mission has expanded way beyond covering the city of Honolulu in murals. Thanks to Flexfit, the festival has introduced the Pow! Wow! School of Music, a youth education program which gives kids the opportunity to learn, create, and collaborate. Watch the video below.
Thank you to everyone who came out to the opening of our “Drawing On The Past” show with Herschel Supply at Burrard Arts Foundation on Thursday. The gallery filled up before the sun went down and stayed that way all night. It was an amazing night, and the perfect way to end this collaborative project.

Japanese designer Nigo is unloading a bunch of contemporary art, jewellery, and furniture from his personal collection through a Sotheby’s auction entitled NIGO® Only Lives Twice. The founder of Bape said “I wanted to have an estate sale of my own but obviously I couldn’t get any enjoyment from it myself if I was dead. So I decided to do it now.”
